Job summary

Performance Contracting Group (PCI Spokane) is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager based in Spokane, WA. You will provide project management support for commercial projects, contributing to safety plans, QA/QC, estimates, schedules, and coordination with field staff.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of interior construction experience, strong communication, and proficiency in reading drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction management experience in interior construction.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to diagnose information, identify profitability risks, and proactively navigate projects toward success.
• Proficient in reading specifications and drawings; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Create and manage punch lists and QA/QC measures.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Develop and implement job schedules and coordinate with field teams.
• Manage labor, costs, and change orders to maximize profits.
