Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager for Spokane, WA, to provide project management support for commercial projects. Responsibilities include safety, QA/QC, RFI/submittals, punch lists, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and coordination skills, with relocation to Spokane recommended. Compensation includes a salary range of $94,000–$126,000 plus a bonus program and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of Construction Management experience in interior construction.
• Experience with estimating/project management/managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to diagnose and process key information, recognize critical areas on the job that could impact profitability, and navigate the project away from risks and liabilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
• A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings; strong oral and written communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the safety plans and measures of the branch and assigned projects.
• Create/manage punch lists proactively.
• Understand and follow PCI guidelines related to corporate safety program.
• Prepare RFI's, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and foremen to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Perform labor control on assigned projects and manage costs to maximize profits.
• Assist in coordinating warranties and O&M; manage subcontractor buyout and change orders.
• Complete monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAW's) for job cost control.
• Support the branch through positive customer relations and the Customer Alignment Plan.
