Job summary

PCI Spokane is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager based in Spokane, WA. You will provide project management support to commercial projects, manage schedules, safety, QA/QC, RFI’s, submittals, and shop drawings.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in interior construction, PM/estimating experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to read specs and drawings. The role emphasizes profitability, coordination with field supervision, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of interior construction project management experience.
• Experience in estimating and PM and managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to identify profitability risks and navigate projects to avoid liabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to read specs and drawings.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Multitask, critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn new job skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and measures.
• Create/manage punch lists proactively.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Understand and be accountable for QA/QC measures.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and foremen to optimize work sequence.
• Perform labor control and adjust to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
• Assist in selecting vendors and coordinating materials/equipment.
• Assist in buyout of subcontractors and manage contracts and change orders.
• Complete job cost control measures through FAWs.
