Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Drywall Project Manager for its Spokane operations. You will provide project management support for commercial projects, participate in safety plans, QA/QC, and coordinate with field staff to maximize productivity.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction management, experience with estimates and subcontractor coordination, and strong reading of drawings and specifications. Relocation to Spokane is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Construction Management experience in interior construction.
• Experience with estimating, project management and managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Strong ability to read specifications and drawings and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for branch and projects.
• Follow PCI safety guidelines and QA/QC procedures.
• Create, manage punch lists and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; coordinate with field staff.
• Understand building systems and coordinate activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee job cost control and monthly financial analysis worksheets (FAWs).
• Coordinate vendor selection, subcontractor buyouts, and change orders; ensure proper sequencing.
