Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish.

You will supervise day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with contract documents, and coordinate with estimators, superintendents, vendors, and the purchasing department. The ideal candidate has at least five years of trade experience, strong organizational skills, cost awareness, and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

• Proficiency with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee day-to-day activity of the job.
• Ensure work is built in accordance with contract documents.
• Receive hand-offs from estimating department.
• Administer budgets, contracts, material and equipment.
• Foster team learning and leadership with growth mindset.
• Maintain safety, quality, schedule and customer service.
• Coordinate with superintendents, vendors and purchasing team for material accuracy.
