Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. Wakefield plant is seeking a Dryer Packager to handle packaging, sealing, labeling and stacking of finished product while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dryer areas.

You will follow safety rules, read batch records and SOPs, and work with maintenance and production teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency. This role requires attention to detail and ability to stand for long shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedures in English.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas.
• Follow sanitation and master schedules for dryer areas.
• Read and verify batch records and related documents.
• Package, seal, label and stack finished product.
• Operate equipment safely and monitor quality with supervisor oversight.
• Report safety or quality issues to supervision.
