Job summary

You will follow SOPs, read batch records, perform inspections, support sanitation schedules, and help meet quality and GMP standards. This full-time, on-site position requires flexibility for weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification. Experience with forklift preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals in English. Write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements in US customary units.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to varying tasks.
• Demonstrates open and honest communication.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation in dryer areas.
• Follow sanitation schedules and verify final weights of finished products.
• Ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling and stacking.
• Read and comprehend batch records and batch sequencing.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and monitor OEE targets.
• Adhere to SOPs, GMPs and safety policies.
• Communicate effectively during shift hand-offs and with maintenance.
