Job summary

Post Holdings, Inc. Wakefield facility is seeking a Dryer Packager to ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of finished products. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and adherence to GMPs in a fast-paced production environment.

The position requires the ability to read batch records, follow SAP procedures, and perform regular sanitation and inspections. Weekend and overtime work may be required in a team setting at the Michael Foods plant.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift certification. Experience with forklift preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English. Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas.
• Read batch records and follow SAP report procedures; verify materials.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and monitor operation start-up/shutdown.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance, and proper documentation during shifts.
