Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas.
• Manage sanitation schedules (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Verify final weights of finished products.
• Ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of products.
• Read batch records and perform pre-operational inspections.
• Pull lab samples for production and run dryers.
• Meet OEE targets and document results.
• Record shift end paperwork and perform hourly checks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow start-up/shutdown procedures and operate dryer controls.
• Monitor packaging crew and address deficiencies.
• Follow SAP procedures and read POs.
• Inspect moisture and metal detectors; verify labels.
• Communicate during shift handoffs and adhere to GMPs.
