Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification; forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions in English.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and perform multiplication/division with 10s/100s.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables and interpret written instructions.
• Demonstrates open and honest communication and good interpersonal relationships.
• Able to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation of dryer areas.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation schedules.
• Verify final weights of finished products.
• Package, seal, label, and stack finished products.
• Read batch records and verify documentation.
• Perform pre-operational inspections.
• Understand and monitor OEE targets for the product.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, GMPs, and food safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervision and maintenance during shift hand-offs.
• Possess strong attention to safety and quality in all tasks.
