Drybar is hiring Front Desk Associates who thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You’ll be the first friendly face guests see, set the tone, and drive guest satisfaction while promoting memberships and retail.

Bring energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude to contribute to a successful, fun workplace. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a passion for beauty and sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for sales, beauty, and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and technology skills.
• POS experience preferred.
• Salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.

• Point-of-sale experience preferred.
