Job summary

Drybar in Palo Alto is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, manage appointments, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, energetic setting.

You will promote memberships and retail products, handle check-ins/outs, and provide a five-star guest experience. A 1+ year background in retail or service and POS experience are preferred. Flexible hours and a fun team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for sales, beauty, and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and technology skills.
• Point-of-sale experience preferred.
• Salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand or walk during 6–8-hour shifts.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
