Job summary

Bowman seeks a Program Manager, Dry Utilities to lead planning, design, and delivery of utility infrastructure for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in the DC region. You will supervise project teams and coordinate with utility providers to advance milestones and approvals.

The role requires 10+ years in dry utilities with at least 5 years in management, strong leadership, and ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Ten+ years in dry utility development with at least five years in program management.
• Experience with water/wastewater systems and design software like AutoCAD, Microstation, Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical direction for dry utility projects.
• Manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with electric, gas, telecom, and fiber providers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Bowman quality standards.
• Present project status and risks to clients and stakeholders.
