Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Ten or more years in engineering or related dry utility development with at least 5 years of project leadership.
• Experience with water/wastewater systems and coordination with utility providers.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microstation and Civil3D or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and technical oversight for dry utility design and regulatory navigation.
• Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and team workloads across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional team discussions.
• Coordinate with electric, gas, telecom, and fiber providers for design approvals and service letters.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and clients.
