Job summary

CRH is seeking a production operator for its dry mix plant to run production machinery and ensure safety standards are met. The role requires Reading job specs, adjusting equipment, loading materials, and maintaining orderly work areas.

You will perform routine maintenance, assist with startup, and handle miscellaneous duties as needed, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and use basic math for measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in the dry mix plant.
• Read specifications to determine adjustments and material needs.
• Observe dryer operation and adjust to maintain parameters.
• Fill material bins to meet daily production.
• Receive bulk aggregates from outside carriers.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and startup daily production.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Other duties as assigned as needed.
