Job summary

Montana Materials & Construction, A CRH Company, is seeking an operator to run our plant according to the production schedule. You will monitor mix quality, perform basic maintenance, and enter production data into computer systems while upholding strict safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience. Knowledge of inventory systems and ticketing is helpful, and welding skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write memos.
• Knowledge of inventory and order processing systems; ticketing is used.

Responsibilities

• Read schedules and determine operation sequence.
• Operate plant according to production schedule with appropriate materials.
• Monitor mix quality and perform basic maintenance on the plant.
• Enter production data into computer systems and maintain records.
• Operate equipment safely and locate buried lines prior to digging.
