Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a high school diploma. The position involves potential on-call shifts, weekends, overtime, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and training or certification in relevant skill or trade.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Capacity to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating on-call shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work habits to help create a zero-injury safety culture.
• Assist with plant operations, specifically Vertical Roller Mill and related process equipment.
• Monitor and record daily ash levels in silos.
• Communicate with Leads/Managers about maintenance/operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with production/quality/maintenance processes.
