Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a dependable Plant Maintenance Laborer to support daily plant operations and equipment upkeep. You will perform routine maintenance, housekeeping, and general labor tasks while prioritizing safety and teamwork across production and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is at least 18, can pass pre-employment screenings, and can operate small power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Experience operating loaders or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and complete routine housekeeping duties.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to plant leadership.
• Assist with general labor tasks and operate small power tools as needed.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA/MSHA regulations, and wear PPE.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
