Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Franklin, TN dry mix concrete facility. You will lead a production team, oversee maintenance, safety, and cost control while driving quality and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with suppliers, sales, and customers, ensure SOX and environmental compliance, and deliver expected financial returns. A Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related experience is required; P&L exposure and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ten years of progressive related experience or equivalent.
• Prior P&L experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to maintain a team atmosphere.
• Solid computer skills and written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process.
• Oversee maintenance of all equipment and preventative maintenance program.
• Control inventory, perform counts and audits.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and environmental compliance.
• Estimate production costs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor product quality and implement quality control programs.
• Maximize transportation and logistics utilization.
• Collaborate with suppliers, sales, and customers to meet policies and goals.
• Ensure compliance with SOX rules and regulations.
• Meet expected financial returns for the business.
