Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, seeks a Site Manager for our Dry Mix concrete facility in Franklin, TN. You will lead a fast-paced production team, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, safety, and material costs, and drive bottom-line results at the onsite plant.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field), strong planning and P&L experience, and proven leadership abilities. Join CRH to support a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree is a plus.
• Experience in planning, negotiating and organizing work.
• Prior P&L experience.
• Strong leadership and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process.
• Oversee maintenance and preventative maintenance program; manage downtime.
• Control inventory, counts and audits; ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Maximize transportation/logistics efficiency and coordinate with suppliers, sales, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with SOX rules and regulations and financial targets.
