Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of drug discovery to drive growth across strategic accounts in the US. You will lead sales of the discovery portfolio, cultivate executive relationships, and align client needs with Eurofins capabilities.

Expect to travel 30–50% and collaborate with global teams, marketing, and senior leaders to expand our footprint in pharma and biotech markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience with strong understanding of drug discovery.
• Experience developing and managing large key accounts typically pharma and biotech.
• A BS in chemistry or pharmacology or related discipline with 5 years sales in drug discovery.
• Understanding CRO market and global trends to drive regional activities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eurofins Discovery portfolio to key accounts and expand within assigned customers.
• Maintain proficiency in the drug discovery process and US client base.
• Prospect within key accounts for services needed in drug discovery.
• Build client relationships through strategic selling and regular visits.
• Develop account plans with KPIs and quarterly progress reviews.
• Coordinate with Eurofins sites to meet client requirements.
• Report on metrics and competitor activity in region/global markets.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and global sales teams.
• Work with Marketing to implement territory strategies.
• Travel 30–50% as required.
