Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of chemistry and pharmacology services within the US territory. The role requires strong knowledge of the drug discovery process, client relationship management, and a track record in CRO markets.

The position offers full-time hours, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and travel within the territory. Candidates must reside in the US and be able to work without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in drug discovery or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacology, or related discipline.
• Experience in CRO markets and global business trends.
• Willingness to travel internationally and within the territory.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eurofins Discovery portfolio (chemistry and pharmacology) to US clients within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular meetings and collaborations.
• Create territory and regional business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Provide monthly reports and competitive intelligence to support strategy.
• Travel ~30-40% to cover the territory and key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote the portfolio and brand.
