Job summary

Eurofins Discovery Services is seeking a results-driven business development professional to grow the Discovery Services portfolio within an assigned territory in the drug discovery industry. You will partner with scientific and commercial teams to strengthen client relationships, identify unmet needs, and convert opportunities into strategic partnerships.

This role involves proactive business development, travel up to 20% and collaboration with a global team to accelerate growth for Eurofins

Qualifications

• Minimum education: B.S. in Pharmacology, Biology or Life Science field with experience selling drug discovery services.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug discovery process.
• Ability to analyze global market trends to drive regional growth and provide strategic feedback to sales leadership and operations.
• Ability to discuss scientific services with researchers and translate capabilities into customer solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eurofins Discovery services and meet revenue targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain high-level client relationships through in-person meetings.
• Provide feedback on business development and operations strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to drive business and optimize marketing strategies.
• Travel 10–20% outside the territory as needed and log activities in the CRM.
• Create and update key account plans and quarterly presentations for leadership.
