Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Drug Discovery Southeast US territory to drive sales of the Eurofins Discovery portfolio. The role requires strong knowledge of drug discovery processes, a consultative sales approach, and regular client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with strong understanding of drug discovery, especially discovery chemistry.
• Bachelor-level chemistry or pharmacology or related discipline required; experience with drug discovery products/services.
• Understanding CRO markets and ability to analyze global trends to drive regional development.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally in limited capacity; ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eurofins Discovery portfolio (chemistry, pharmacology products and services) within the assigned Southeast US territory to meet regional sales targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular meetings and strategic engagement.
• Provide feedback on operational strategies to meet client requirements and improve portfolio fit.
• Create and update territory and regional business plans; report on key metrics monthly.
• Maintain high technical competence of chemistry services for drug discovery and support marketing strategies.
