Job summary

Leidos is seeking a DRSN Support Technician III to support the DGOC at Scott AFB, IL. The role requires DoD Top Secret clearance and favors candidates with DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification.

The position involves 24x7 shift work, network operations, and collaboration with DoD stakeholders to maintain mission-critical services. Expect on-call duties and potential extended sitting while servicing customers.

Qualifications

• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required before start date.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance required.
• Must be able to work a 24x7 shift environment.
• General understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform network operations, configuration, and analysis of circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
• Create/update/resolve issues using the ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to ensure maximum network availability.
• Monitor network alarms and provide global situational awareness to leadership.
• Document outages, degradations, and resolutions in incident management tools.
• Maintain route plans and device profiles, and assess network incidents for resolution.
