Job summary

Caliber Service Center in Texas is seeking a DRP Program Specialist to actively work with our DRP clients, keep stores on DRP, complete field re-inspections and audits, and coordinate resolution of opportunities. You will train teammates, review audits and develop action plans for improvement, and participate in meetings and industry conferences.

Travel is required; you will maintain knowledge of client accounts through coaching and institute weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Travel is required with short notice.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Caliber's insurance policy.
• Minimum 2-3 years estimating experience and knowledge of vehicle repair procedures.
• Working knowledge of CCC One estimating platform and management system; ERL, Audatex and Mitchell knowledge may be required.
• Working knowledge of ALLDATA, Motorcraft and other OE repair procedure publications.
• Working knowledge of ADAS systems, calibration and scanning requirements.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT) for data mining, trend analysis and action planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to organize and host meetings across all levels; Public Speaking.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance through others.
• Understand DRP accounts, train teammates on processes and expectations, monitor performance and communicate results with leadership.
• Coach, train and develop teammates on assigned DRP accounts.
• Assess center performance relative to DRP expectations and contractual agreements; develop weekly and monthly reporting, analyze data, identify trends and actions for improvement.
• Communicate and manage the change process within the DRP account/territory.
• Maintain current industry certifications (e.g., ASE, ICAR) as assigned.
• Understand repair methods and work with DRP partners on process changes to ensure vehicles are repaired using appropriate methods.
