What You'll Do

Dropship & Order Management

• Manage dropship orders from creation through shipment confirmation.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies, delays, inventory issues, or fulfillment concerns.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped within required timelines.
• Maintain visibility into order activity and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.

Planning & Operational Coordination

• Support daily planning activities to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
• Analyze order volume and operational requirements to support prioritization and execution.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure resources are aligned with business needs.
• Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Create, maintain, and analyze operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Track order, shipment, and inventory data to support business decisions.
• Gather detailed information and maintain accurate records to ensure data integrity.
• Document findings and provide recommendations based on operational trends.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key point of contact between vendors, carriers, buyers, and internal partners.
• Provide complete, concise, and timely communication regarding order status, exceptions, and resolutions.
• Ensure all impacted stakeholders remain informed throughout the order lifecycle.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to drive operational success.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
