Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Count Room Floor Manager to oversee drop and count operations, safeguard assets, and lead a team in a fast-paced casino environment. The role requires strong supervisory skills, strict adherence to gaming regulations, and effective staff development to maintain smooth daily operations.

The candidate will manage scheduling, performance reviews, and compliance with internal controls, while representing management in hiring and disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policy manuals and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and maintain and decipher various reports.
• Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and direct drop and count room activities ensuring regulatory compliance within gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Supervise Count room Coordinator and perform hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and administering disciplinary actions.
• Ensure employees are trained to work safely and efficiently within regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate shift schedules and adjust to accommodate Resorts World operational needs.
• Maintain logs and documentation (drop reports, maintenance records, attendance, incident reports) and oversee equipment used in count room operations.
