Job summary

Presque Isle Downs & Casino in Erie, PA is seeking a Count Room Assistant Manager to lead the Drop/Count operations, ensure adherence to policies and PGCB regulations, and train team members for smooth, accurate drops across gaming areas.

The role requires supervising the Drop/Count Team on shifts, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Drop/Count Team during shifts and supervise performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and PGCB regulations.
• Coordinate scheduling and training for new team members.
• Oversee accuracy of drops and counts across gaming floors, lottery, and kiosks.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and improve department efficiency.
