Amazon is hiring a Drone Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operation at drone delivery hubs. You will serve as the on-site senior leader, directing the commercial ops, including fulfillment, drone maintenance, and flight operations.

You will collaborate with customer-facing teams and technical/support functions to drive a highly efficient operation and ensure ultra-fast delivery experiences. Weekend/night shifts and travel to local sites are involved.

Qualifications

Experience with staffing lifecycle and people management.
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Travel to local sites up to 25% of the time.
Direct management experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end drone delivery hub operations. Lead the on-site operations center and manage outbound/inbound fulfillment, drone maintenance, parts, and flight operations.
Partner with customer-facing teams and technical functions to drive efficient operations and delivery performance.
Support deployment with Training and Compliance, Product, Engineering, IT, Facilities, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
