Job summary
Amazon Prime Air is seeking an Innovation & Design Engineer to lead the development of drone delivery operations site designs, owning mechanical and electrical design for equipment and the overall site layout.
You will collaborate with drone engineering, maintenance, operations, and site construction teams to meet cost, throughput, and schedule targets, applying lessons from existing sites to shape the next generation of operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in design and innovation, R&D.
- Experience managing engineering design projects.
- Proficient with Excel, Project, and CAD software.
Responsibilities
- Lead occasional travel (10-20%) to support site launches.
