Job summary

Amazon Prime Air seeks an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead site launches from pre-construction to operational readiness. You will own the end-to-end launch plan, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement as Prime Air scales its autonomous delivery program.

You will translate business intent into complex environments, align cross-functional teams, and communicate status to senior leadership while traveling up to 50% to launch sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary launch manager for assigned Prime Air sites, owning end-to-end delivery from pre-construction through operational readiness.
• Manage program risk: identify, track, and drive mitigation of risks and blockers across construction, staffing, and readiness workstreams, maintaining an accurate launch forecast.
• Lead cross-functional business and operations teams, aligning timelines and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
• Report program status, risk, and change control to leadership with clear, decision-ready communication.
• Support up to 50% travel to launch sites and internal meetings.
