CoStar Group in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Associate Photographer to produce 3-D tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will scan properties with Matterport Pro3 cameras and shoot residential photography for marketing to buyers and renters.

The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is hourly with monthly bonuses, plus benefits.

Formación

• At least 2 years of professional experience. Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong customer service experience with a client first mindset.
• Be an experienced Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.
• Additionally, Apple IOS products.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
• Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

Responsabilidades

• Capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras to create virtual tours and footprints.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to set priorities.
• Identify new inventory and commercial properties to photograph.
• Adhere to safety standards and protect equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
