Job summary

CoStar Group in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Associate Photographer to join our Homes.com/Apartments.com media team. You will scan homes, shoot real estate photography, and create 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras.

You’ll work with clients, sales and logistics to capture compelling imagery for residential properties while maintaining safety standards and a high level of service. A valid driver’s license and drone certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a photography degree.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans for residential properties.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
