Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and report security concerns to site contacts.
• Conduct routine patrols of office areas, common spaces, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and support access control per post instructions.
• Assist with visitor management and provide directions during routine operations and escalated events.
