Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality; may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete detailed activity reports, follow post orders, and communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
