Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures and responding to emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeter locations to identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for leadership.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate with site personnel and leadership.
