The role features a five-day work week, early dispatch, and a guaranteed daily minimum of $320 with additional pay for cases, miles, and stops. The position may involve overnight layovers with company-paid hotel accommodations and a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Average annual earnings can reach around $100,000.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months commercial driving experience is required.
• Valid CDL A license is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program as required.
• Assist driver trainer and learn deliveries.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Deliver and unload orders, obtain customer signatures and process paperwork.
• Maintain logs of hours of service and keep areas clean.
