Performance Food Group is seeking an entry level Driver Trainee in Rice, MN to learn tractor trailer operations and local/OTR routes. You will assist a trainer, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure safe, accurate deliveries to customers with DOT compliance.

The role includes layovers, company hotels, and a daily minimum, with potential earnings enhancements from mileage and stops. Training and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.

Responsabilidades

• Attends and successfully completes entry level driver trainee program.
• Rides-with and assists driver trainer in deliveries.
• Perform safety checks and DOT inspections.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders according to schedule.
• Unload products and obtain customer signatures and payments when required.
