Performance Food Group is seeking an entry-level Driver Trainee for our Minnesota operation. This role trains to haul freight and operate tractor trailers, primarily home daily with early morning starts.

Starting pay is $27.81 per hour. After training, drivers average around $80,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $100,000. Benefits begin Day 1, including health, 401(k) matching, and education assistance. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and road test.
• Able to attain CDL Permit and DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Complete Entry Level Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program as required.
• Assist driver trainer in deliveries and routes.
• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
