Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring CDL A Drivers for Rice, MN with early-morning dispatch five days a week. This entry-level Driver Trainee role includes learning to operate tractor-trailer routes, delivering and unloading food products to customers across local and overnight routes, in accordance with DOT regulations.

We offer competitive pay and benefits from Day 1, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and potential overnight layovers with company-paid hotel accommodations and a food stipend.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required and clean MVR.
• Must be 21+ years old and pass checks.
• Ability to lift 10-90 lb cases and operate lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete Driver Trainee or Dock-to-Driver program.
• Ride-with and assist trainer during deliveries.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT rules.
• Deliver and unload customer orders on schedule and secure freight.
• Complete required paperwork and collect signatures as needed.
