You will serve as a primary resource for drivers, address questions, and ensure accurate documentation while partnering with leadership to drive operational excellence.

• Experience in transportation, customer service, administration, human resources, operations, logistics, or workforce coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience maintaining confidential employee or operational records preferred.
