Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a Customer Service Manager (Driver Services Manager) to lead a team of Driver Services Representatives through the full vehicle repair and rental lifecycle. You will coach, interview, train, and manage performance while escalating complex issues to ensure high-quality service.

• Monitor performance against service levels, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics; implement improvements.
• Oversee performance management and conflict resolution within the team.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
