Job summary

US Ambulette is seeking an experienced Driver Safety Trainer to join our team. The role involves conducting driver evaluations and leading training sessions for new hires and ongoing development, while maintaining thorough documentation.

You will review driving records for infractions and accidents and provide coaching to drivers and crewmembers, with paperwork completed accordingly. Proficiency with HR data systems is required.

Qualifications

• Must be available Mon-Fri 9a-5p.
• Must have a valid New York driver's license (D-class or above) with clean driving record.
• Experience training drivers, commercial preferred but not required.
• Experience coaching drivers on driving infractions and accidents.
• Comfortable using digital data systems for HR management and vehicle tracking (Lytx, Samsara, Motiv).
• Able to write reports and communicate via email.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Conducting driver evaluations as needed
• Conducting training class with candidates for employment, new hires and annually, and complete all associated documentation
• Reviewing ambulette driving for infractions and accidents
• Conducting coaching and counseling sessions withdriversand crewmembers on infractions and accidents, and completing all necessary paperwork
• Duties are subject to change and are not limited to the ones mentioned on this list

Requirements:

• Must be available Mon-Fri 9a-5p
• Must have a validdriver's license from New York, D-class or above, with an acceptable driving abstract/record
• Must have experience trainingdrivers, commercial preferred, but not required
• Must have experience professionally coaching and counselingdriverson driving/passenger infractions and accidents
• Must have comfortability using digital data systems for human resource management and automatic vehicle tracking, such as Lytx, Samsara or Motiv
• Must have comfortability writing reports and corresponding via email
