Job summary

Carvana seeks a high-energy Specialist to manage CDL driver files and DOT compliance for a national territory. You will support Market Operations and Logistics leaders, ensuring regulatory adherence and incident reporting to carriers and the Safety Manager.

You will also assist with the Company Safety Program, conduct screenings, maintain records, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Ability to exercise prudent discretion regarding confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain driver qualification files and compliance records.
• Counsel and advise drivers on proper log completion and DOT compliance.
• Coordinate routine drug and alcohol screenings and annual MVR reviews.
• Interface with Legal, Compliance, Logistics and other internal teams.
• Assist with incident investigations and maintain confidential data securely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
