Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, Fleet Safety and Compliance – Drivers to oversee enterprise driver safety programs, including qualification files, hours-of-service compliance, and drug/alcohol program oversight across DOT and non-DOT drivers. You will partner with Legal, HR, Risk, Safety, and field leaders to ensure compliant, data-driven execution.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate experience overseeing DOT and non-DOT driver programs and document control.
• Deliverables include driver qualification files, CDL/medical card tracking, and annual reviews.
• Demonstrated ability to improve compliance and safety through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Govern DOT and non-DOT driver compliance programs, including documentation gaps and audits.
• Manage hours-of-service, ELD monitoring, exemptions, and violation trends with coaching support.
• Lead driver safety programs, incident prevention, and data-driven coaching and reporting.
