Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Recruitment, Training & Onboarding Specialist to build and sustain a high-performing independent contractor driver workforce for new client implementations and account growth. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and early retention, working with regional teams to ensure readiness and compliant operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
3–5 years in client services, implementation, logistics, or compliance roles.
Experience managing recruiting platforms, budgets, and pipelines; Salesforce or similar CRM experience.

Responsibilities

Own driver recruitment lifecycle from planning and sourcing through contracting, onboarding, training, and early-stage retention.
Develop proactive recruiting strategies and manage advertising platforms and budgets across multiple channels.
Coordinate onboarding and training programs, ensure compliance, and readiness for client implementations.
Partner with regional leadership to align staffing plans with launches and account growth.
Create and maintain driver profiles, training materials, and SOPs for operations staff.
