The role applicants daily from Workday, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sources, building pools via local universities and organizations. You will maintain reports and support HR feedback, while aligning with operations on hires and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing or recruitment or equivalent role.
• Experience with onboarding, E-Verify, and I-9 verification preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 8-10 hiring events weekly based on regional priorities.
• Set up and conduct team member interviews successfully.
• Oversee recruitment advertising budgets for assigned regions.
• Source candidates daily from Workday, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and more.
• Generate candidate flow by partnering with local universities and organizations.
• Maintain required reports to ensure 85% staffing targets are met.
• Provide feedback to HR and regional management on a regular basis.
• Oversee orientation process to complete new-hire actions timely.
• Collaborate with operations to hire team members and execute hiring.
