zTrip Worldwide is seeking a Taxi Recruiter to identify, attract, and onboard qualified driver candidates. You’ll partner with operations to meet staffing needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a passion for helping candidates begin rewarding careers within the transportation industry. This is a on-site role in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates.
• Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates across channels.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with diverse candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Source and attract qualified driver candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of drivers.
• Promote opportunities and the benefits of partnering with zTrip.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies for competitive markets.
• Participate in job fairs and community recruiting initiatives.
• Guide applicants through hiring and onboarding and assist with licensing paperwork.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
