zTrip Worldwide is seeking a Driver Talent Acquisition professional to lead the full recruitment cycle for drivers in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing support to ensure a strong driver workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified driver candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate background checks, driving record reviews, licensing verification, and employment documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate new driver orientations and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates.
• Partner with operations to meet staffing needs and hiring goals.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives to promote opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the process.
